In 2002 SmithGroup earned a prestigious Honor Award for its work on the Bay Harbor resort community.  SmithGroup-JJR, an arm of SmithGroup, earned the award for its environmentally-focused planning and engineering efforts in the Bay Harbor community. SmithGroup ranks as the nation’s 5th largest architecture and engineering firm and employs 900 individuals.
