For 25 years, the Urban Land Institute’s Awards for Excellence program has recognized the ‘best of the best’ in land use—the best people, the best projects, and the best practices.
The ULI Award for Excellence is the most prestigious award in the field of real estate development. In 2003 there were 26 finalists chosen from hundreds of candidates from around the world encompassing every type of real estate development (including office, retail, apartment, residential communities, resorts etc.).
