DEPOSIT POLICY

• A deposit equal to a one night stay plus applicable taxes are required to confirm your reservation. (Deposits are applied to the final night's stay.) All minimum stays require payment in full.
• For reservations on or over a June, July, August, or a Holiday, a deposit equal to a two night stay plus applicable taxes are required to confirm your reservation. (Deposits are applied to the final night's stay.) All minimum stays require payment in full.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or personal checks. Credit cards will be charged immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• You must cancel 5 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit.
• A processing fee of 20% of the original deposit amount will be charged for all cancellations.
• If the cancellation occurs within the 5 day cancellation period, then the original deposit amount will be non-refundable.

SMOKING POLICY

• This is a non-smoking facility.
• Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms or suites.

PET POLICY

• Pets are not allowed.
• If you have your pet accompanying you on your trip; you can make arrangements at the nearby Bay Area Pet Resort. Their phone number is 231-348-5550.
