1) A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,000 is due upon booking in order to secure your date. All guest rooms, function space, standard and special concessions are considered tentative until signed acceptance and the deposit is received by Bay Harbor Village Hotel. VISA, MasterCard, American Express or checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to Bay Harbor Village Hotel.
2) During peak season (May-September), ceremony dates are available Sunday-Friday only. During off-season months (October-April), ceremony dates are available any day of the week.
3) The package is available to couples or groups up to 30.
4) Please note: Gratuities are not included within the package rate. Please tip your service professionals generously!
5) Hotel check-in is guaranteed at 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.
6) Additional accommodations are subject to the current 6% Michigan Sales Tax, 10.75% Resort Fee and one-time $20.00 Communication Fee. During peak season, a two night minimum is required for all additional hotel accommodations reserved Thursday-Saturday and a one-night deposit is due upon reservation.
7) Please inform the hotel event manager of all special requirements or requests.
