Marketing Manager - Bay Harbor and Harbor Sotheby's International Realty

The Marketing Manager for Bay Harbor and Harbor Sotheby’s International Realty manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company.

Duties of the Marketing Manager include, but not limited to:
  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities for Bay Harbor entities including Village at Bay Harbor, Bay Harbor Village Hotel, Weddings & Groups Business, Bay Harbor Lake Marina and Swim & Fitness Club.  
  • Managing all marketing and advertising for Harbor Sotheby’s International Realty
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget with company managers
  • Creation and publication of all marketing and advertising materials using Adobe software (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator)
  • Editor and creator of bi-annual real estate boutique magazine RESIDE for Harbor Sotheby’s International Realty
  • Assist with creation of annual Bay Harbor Community & Visitors Guide with local publishing company
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and control content management system of company websites
  • Planning and management of several premier annual events including recruiting sponsorships, organizing festivities and entertainment and implantation of the budget
  • Writing of all Press Releases and communication to local and statewide media
  • Coordination of company Social Media sites including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
Requirements of the role:
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Advertising and/or equal years of experience preferred
  • Experience working in Adobe Projects – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrators strongly preferred
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong creative outlook

Guest Services Associate:  Full Time, Part Time, Night Auditor and/or Seasonal

Bay Harbor Village Hotel
Primary job duties include greeting guests, issuing room keys, booking reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, services and surrounding points of interest and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Bay Harbor Village Hotel is looking to fill several positions with multiple shifts ranging from 7 AM to 7 AM daily.  Guest Service Associates must generally possess basic mathematics and computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate.  Ideal candidate also has strong personal skills and superior customer service experience. 

General Assistant:  Seasonal
Bay Harbor Village Hotel
Primary job duties include greeting guests, assisting the Bay Harbor Village Hotel Guest Services team, assisting guests with luggage, answering questions surrounding points of interest and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Must generally possess the ability to effectively communicate and have strong personal skills as well as superior customer service.

Housekeeping Staff:  Full Time and/or Seasonal
Bay Harbor Village Hotel
Primary job duties include ensuring that guests rooms are clean, orderly and attractive in all aspects, restocking supplies in both guest rooms and housekeeping storage closets as well as other duties that are assigned.  Must be 17 years old or older and available to work weekends as well as holidays. These individuals should possess strong organizational skills, impeccable integrity, self-motivated individual, a flexible schedule as well as the ability to multi-task.  

Maintenance Associate:  Full Time and/or Seasonal

Bay Harbor Company is looking for select individuals seeking employment with general facilities maintenance skills.  These individuals should possess strong organizational skills, impeccable integrity, self-motivated individual, a flexible schedule as well as the ability to multi-task.  

Bay Harbor Swim Club Associate:  Seasonal
Bay Harbor Swim and Fitness Center
Primary job duties include greeting guests, ensuring guest needs are met, towel supply is orderly and is well maintained. Ensure pool deck, fitness workout area and restrooms are clean, orderly and attractive in all aspects. Must have a dedicated work ethic, be enthusiastic, possess the ability to effectively communicate and have strong personal skills as well as superior customer service. Work schedule flexibility working weekends and holidays.

Bay Harbor Lake Customer Service:  Seasonal
Bay Harbor Lake Marina
Primary job duties include greeting guests, ensuring guest needs are met, answering questions surrounding points of interest and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must have a dedicated work ethic, be enthusiastic, possess the ability to effectively communicate and have strong personal skills as well as superior customer service. Work schedule flexibility working weekends and holidays.
