Our team is thrilled to welcome you back to the Bay Harbor Village Hotel with open arms……only now with a six-foot social distance. We have announced our opening date a few times, and have had to roll back in order to keep with the stay at home orders that have been extended by our Michigan governor.  We now would like to announce our reopening date as June 5th.  Our hospitality team can once again fulfill their need to serve our guests, owners, fellow employees, and community partners.   

We have been planning for this day for weeks.   Countless Zoom calls, trainings, and webinars on Covid-19 safety and best practices have been our primary focus.   When you return you will find added sanitizing stations, floor markers to assist with social distancing, sanitizing foggers for the room cleanings, and shielding at the front desk.   These changes encompass just a few of our industry practices that will be new to all of us.    Your bathroom amenities will now include extra sanitation wipes for your convenience and our team will all be wearing gloves and masks.

Don’t worry. Many things will stay the same too:  Chelsea, Katelyn, and Lorin will greet you when you arrive at the front desk.   Janette and her team will drop off clean towels, extra bathroom amenities, and some fresh coffee daily when requested.   Our Marina will be full of boats and our beach will still offer that exclusivity that you love. The Village streets will be open for business with eateries, shopping, yoga, ice cream, and artwork. 

Whether you are visiting for a week or a weekend wedding, we are ready to provide that stress free, home-away-from- home, and the secure feeling that you are looking for in an escape.
