Evergreen Elegance Holiday Tree Donation Form

Thank you for donating a decorated / themed artificial tree to Evergreen Elegance - a special fundraiser for The Nehemiah Project. We are looking for all shapes and sizes of trees. The decorating of the trees will take place from 10am -5pm, Friday, December 5th in Elevation. Bring your tree and decorations and show off your amazing tree decorating skills!
