Job Description:
Front Desk Agents are an integral part of the hospitality industry. The front desk is the first impression guests will experience about our property, our Front Desk Agents are therefore, the ambassadors of Bay Harbor.
Premium pay based on experience
Full-time, Seasonal *Employer paying 50% of provided housing* (Housing Only available for employee)
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication
- Exhibit proper etiquette on the phone and in person
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Take room reservations, assist all guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide a safe and secure environment for guests and owners
- Interpersonal skills for interacting with guests for problem solving
- Maintain clean and professional appearance
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have proficient computer skills
Experience:
- High School education or equivalent
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Guest Services is preferred
- We offer training for those with no prior experience

Job Description
OVERVIEW
Cleanliness of the Village Suite condos, Village public space, Marina public space, Swim Club and the Bay Harbor Building is the key role of this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Practice safety standards always include constant awareness of safety hazards. Report these to supervisor.
- Keep the work cart orderly and properly always stocked.
- Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes assigned areas.
- Absolute respect for guest property.
- Inspect room linens before placing them in rooms.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order.
- Adhere to hotel’s dress code policy, including wearing your assigned uniform.
- Accurately fill out paperwork.
- Assist others as needed.
- Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS
- Interpersonal skills – possess impeccable communication skills, both written and spoken, with your team, guests, and owners.
Must be able to tolerate pressure and work calmly, independently, and efficiently.
Detail Oriented
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Ability to take direction and communicate effectively.
- Must be self-motivated and organized.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Possess multi-tasking skills for good management of projects and assignments
- Excellent work ethic and respect for others
- Ability to work with very tight deadlines
- Housekeeping experience preferred, but we will train.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain district buildings and grounds areas as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of providing effective working environment, preventing damage and/or limiting liability exposure
- Arrange furniture and equipment for the purpose of providing adequate preparations for special events
- Adhering to safety and security practices, handling cleaning solvents and/or necessary repair products (i.e., paint, adhesives)
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Maintain clean and professional appearance, wearing proper uniform
- Available to work weekend and holidays
- Generally the job requires 80% walking, 15% standing, 5% sitting
- Requires ability for lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, climbing and balancing, bending, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling

Swim Club Attentdants
Swim Club Attendant (Seasonal)
The Swim and Fitness Club includes a seasonal outdoor competition length swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, cabanas, fitness center, and associated facilities. Associates are responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of members and guests.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide each guest/owner with exceptional customer service
- Greet and Register guests in and out
- Stocking supply of clean towels and pool furniture
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of pool area, fitness equipment, indoor and outdoor facilities
Additional requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, reach, and pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior
- Must be minimum age of 16, with valid driver’s license
