Please join us for our 24th Annual Bay Harbor Arts Festival in one of the most beautiful venues in northern Michigan, and a truly spectacular backdrop for the artists and patrons alike. The Bay Harbor Arts Festival is a lovely, "boutique" style event with a variety of fabulous fine artists, as well as an artisan market
